Pickup & Delivery Schedule
When do you offer Pickup & Delivery?
Everyday from 2-7pm. Our driver will text you when they are on the way.
What is the turnaround time for Pickup to be delivered?
Wash and fold can be ready and delivered as soon as 24 hours (next day). Dry cleaning we require 48 hours and 72 hours when orders are placed on Saturday or Sunday.
What areas do you provide laundry pickup and delivery services?
We provide laundry pickup and delivery services in Jersey City, NJ, and the surrounding areas, including Hoboken and Bayonne.
Which zip codes are covered by your laundry service?
We cover the following Hudson County zip codes: 07002, 07030, 07097, 07302, 07303, 07304, 07305, 07306, 07307, 07308, 07310, 07311, 07395, and 07399.
Pickup & Drop-off Logistics
Do I need to be home for the Pickup and Drop off?
No you do not need to be home. Just let us know in the “notes section” when ordering, where you leave the bags of clothes. With your doorman, in your vestibule, on the porch, on the side of the house or in front of your door in the hallway are all common choices.
If you have a code to let our drivers in, you can provide that in the “notes section” as well.
Will my clothes be delivered before payment is complete?
No. Completed orders will not be returned unless we receive payment. Clean clothes that have not been paid for will remain in our possession unless paid for.
Order Requirements & Costs
Is there a minimum order price?
Yes, there is a $30 minimum on all Wash & Fold & Dry Cleaning Pick up and Delivery orders.
In store dry cleaning is done by piece with no minimum and wash and fold is $15 minimum.
How much does Pick Up & Delivery Cost?
We charge the low price of $1.50 per pound with a $30 minimum. Dry cleaning is charged by piece and you can find the list under our pricing section.
Laundry Process
Are my clothes washed or dried with other customers' clothes?
No. We wash and dry customers’ laundry individually in separate machines.
Should I separate Laundry & Dry Cleaning?
Yes. Have your laundry ready for our driver to pickup in a laundry bag, a trash or plasiic bag, a laundry basket (not recommended) or one of our JC Eco Laundry bags. Please separate dry cleaning from the laundry/wash & fold. Also you can mention this in the notes section. Please let our drivers know as well if you are there during pickup.
